The UK Friends of Cape Town Opera is a registered charity (number 1175984) in the UK, run by supporters who promote Cape Town Opera’s work at home and abroad in training young South African opera artists. The Trustees host fundraising events and performances in London to showcase talent coming out of the Judith Neilson Young Artists Programme. You will receive regular updates about our company, singers, upcoming concerts and operas, and the ongoing impact of the UK Friends Patrons’ giving in South Africa. Thus, the UK Friends Patrons enjoy the same privileges as our Cape Town Patrons and are acknowledged in programmes and other publications in the same manner.
