The Cape Town Opera Chorus performed two very different programmes at the recent National Arts Festival: Spirituals on Friday 1 July at the Cathedral with Chorus Master Marvin Kernelle at the piano and Icons on Saturday 2 July at the Guy Butler Theatre, with Marvin Kernelle conducting the Eastern Cape Philharmonic Orchestra.
