CTO’s production department has engaged two seamstresses to manufacture 2000 PPE facemasks for our partner school learners in the Western Cape, to be distributed later this month. Shirley Carolissen and Elizabeth Solomans, who normally take on the roles of seamstress and wig maker respectively, are working from their home sewing machines in Mitchells Plain and Delft to provide facemasks and help learners stay protected at home and school. Thanks to the Western Cape Government DCAS for their support of our rural school partnerships.
