Our 2019 Young Artists Ané Pretorius, Brittany Smith, Lunga Hallam, Thando Zwane, joined by guest artists Hlengiwe Mkhwanazi and Sipho Fubesi flew the SA flag high at the Buxton International Festival and at two concerts in London between July 5 and 11.
Guests attending took to social media: “Absolutely stunning concert tonight – completely blown away by the guys and gals from Cape Town Opera. From Purcell & Handel through Mozart, Gershwin and Piazzola and traditional Xhosa songs. They’ve certainly set @BuxtonFestival alive!
