Pieter Toerien, with Cape Town Opera, present the much-anticipated revival tour of the world’s most loved musical: Rodgers & Hammerstein’s The Sound Of Music marks the 11th and final collaboration between legendary lyricists Rodgers & Hammerstein, and features a treasure trove of popular show tunes. Opening at Cape Town’s Artscape Theatre in December of 2023, the production will then transfer to Johannesburg’s The Teatro at Montecasino in January 2024.
